   •Major cities: 2–5 business days
   •Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

What Should I Do if I Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
    1.Share clear pictures and a video of the product and packaging
    2.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    3.Provide your order number
 
After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, every purchase from AKD comes with a proper invoice for your records. Once your order is confirmed, a digital invoice will be sent to you via email. In addition, a printed copy is included with your package at the time of delivery.

This ensures complete transparency and helps you keep track of your purchases with us.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

    • Before dispatch: Orders can be changed or cancelled by contacting us immediately
    •After dispatch: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled

What payment methods are you providing?

Are your products made from real marble?

Yes, all of our products are made from 100% real, natural marble. Each piece is carefully crafted, which means slight variations in color and pattern may occur—this is a natural characteristic of real marble and makes every product unique.

What is "package tracking" in my orders?

Package tracking lets you monitor your shipment in real-time. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to see where your order is and when it will arrive.

How should I care for my marble products?

To maintain the beauty of your marble products, clean them with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface. Wipe spills promptly to keep the marble looking its best.
